  • Promo Package applies to a Single class by Same Instructor on Same Day each week.
  • Minimum commitment of 3 months for monthly subscription (payable in the first 5 days of the current month), non-assignable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Minimum 1 month notice to freeze subscription, maximum 2 freezes per annum.
  • A valid Student Matriculation pass must be shown to counter staff for purchasing a student package.
  • $8 Top-up for Virtual (instructor-led) subscription members to join a single Physical class.
  • $100 one-time enrolment fee for subscription members.
  • $30 annual administrative fee for non-subscription members.
  • Limited to 14/16 Fully Vaccinated Members only (Physical class).
  • Booking 2 Days in Advance for physical/virtual classes, First Come First Serve. Walk-in may be refused entry if class capacity is exceeded.
  • Booking 2 Weeks in Advance for On Demand classes, 1 Week Cancellation Notice required. Nomination of preferred instructor during booking is subjected to availability.

Mind-body exercise in executed with great attention placed on the details of alignment and engagement of the appropriate muscle groups. The benefits of mind-body activities include improved body awareness and greater control over the emotions.

  • Balance is the ability to control one’s centre of gravity over the base of support, and coordination is the ability to perform smooth and controlled movements, achieved by the optimal interaction of muscle function.

  • Flexibility and Core Conditioning
  • Flexibility is the range of motion about a joint and its surrounding muscles during a passive movement. By improving the joint range of motion, risk of injury can be reduced.
