Membership/Subscription

Membership is personal to the Member and is non-assignable, non-transferable and non-refundable. Monthly subscription fee is payable in the first 5 days of the existing month. The management reserves the right to vary the prices of the membership and subscription fees from time to time. For “unlimited” memberships there is a minimum commitment of 3 months.

There is a enrolment fee of $100 for new members and an annual administration fee of $30 for non-subscription members.

Freezing

If a member should need to be of absence from the club, he/she may “FREEZE” their account. Member must give a minimum of 14 days’ notice in writing to the Club. Freeze period must be a minimum of 1 month and maximum of 2 months. The number of times a member can freeze the account is limited to twice each year.

Termination

Member must give 1 months’ advance notice in witing should they want to terminate their membership with Habitude.

Limitation of Liability

Neither Habitude Fitness, its associated companies, employees or agents shall be responsible for any claims, demands, injuries, damages or actions for negligence arising on account of death or due to injury, loss, damage or theft to a member person or property arising out of, or in connection with the use by a member of any services, facilities or premises of Habitude Fitness. The member hereby holds habitude Fitness, its associated companies, employees or agents harmless from all claims which may be brought against them by or on a member’s behalf for any such injuries or claims afore said.

Any guests or temporary visitors to Habitude Fitness agree to abide with the above same limitation of liability as a member.

Physical Condition of a Member

The member warrants that he/she is in good physical condition and knows no medical or other reasons why he/she is not capable in engaging active or passive exercise programs. The member shall not use any of the club facilities whilst suffering from any infections or contagious diseases that may be detrimental to the health, safety comfort or physical condition of other members.

Expulsion of Members

The management reserves the right to terminate the Membership of any Member without notice and with immediate effect if the Member shall have committed any breach of these club rules, or if monthly fees remain unpaid 2 month past due. All decisions under clause are final and binding.

Others

Habitude Fitness will not be responsible any loss of items. Members are not to bring food into the studios.
Members or guests under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or other mood-altering substances will not be allowed entry into the club.

Guidelines to Members:

• l understand that this is an exclusive membership that is non-transferable and non-assignable.
• l understand that all fees paid are not refundable under any circumstances.
• l understand that I must give 14 days’ notice in advance to freeze my account and must personally complete the form necessary.
• l understand that my account will automatically be re-activated upon the expiry of the freezing period.
• I understand that I must give 1 months’ notice to terminate my account and must personally complete the form necessary.
• I understand that my Membership will be automatically terminated without notice shall my monthly subscriptions fees remain unpaid 2 months past due.
• I have, read and understand all the guidelines, terms and conditions mentioned under Habitude Fitness Club Rules.
